02. Brooks Orpik ruining people's lives. What a BAMF. GO PENS!!!
03. Buster. Buster is my brother's dog. He's the grouchiest, most anti-social dog you'll ever meet, but for some reason he's my buddy & has appointed himself my body guard LOL.
04. Bobby Ryan. ♥♥♥
05. Beatles, The. Basically, their music is like therapy for me. Once during a very ~dark time in my life~ (lol), I listened to nothing but the Beatles for 3 months. And I'm still here? IDK. (Drama-llama FAIL!!!) Oh, and George is my fave.
06. Ben & Jerry's ice cream. I wish it didn't make me happy! Whenever I'm stressed or upset, this is what I reach for. I must've consumed 589 pints during the playoffs this year. (Dudes, I gained 5 pounds during the playoffs! FAIL!!!)
07. Bubblegum. Another stress-reliever for me. I go through about a pack during every Komets game. If I'm not chewing gum and/or taking photos, I can't deal. (Of course, the amount of gum I chew during a game is dependent upon how tough our opponent is and/or whether or not it's the playoffs.)
08. Books. I looove to read. I'll read almost anything, except romance novels (vomit). There are stacks of books all over my house that are just waiting to be read; problem is, I just haven't been in the mood to read lately. (I'm skeered!! This has never, ever happened to me before!!)
09. Broccoli cheese soup. I think I could live on this. I don't mind the canned stuff, but I prefer the bcs @ Ruby Tuesday's. (Also, I'm starving right now, that probably influenced this making the list LOL.)
10. Bottle Rocket It's a 1994 movie directed by Wes Anderson and starring Owen & Luke Wilson. It's a really really quirky/bizarre comedy. My brother & I love it and will set there laughing till we're ready to fall off the couch and my mom is all O_o cause she thinks it's the stupidest movie ever. It may be, but it's a lot of fun.

I spent most of Monday getting caught up on TV shows from the previous week. I've been recording them so I don't miss any of the NHL playoffs and had quite a few shows to watch. Just a few thoughts/observations on some of them...

Ugly Betty: Why do I always hate Betty's boyfriends? And if Betty is so hideous, why are all these guys always falling over her? But gawd, this Matt dude about gags me. WANT GIO BACK.

Harper's Island: This show is cheesy as hell, but IT IS LIKE CRACK. Do any of you watch it? Who do you think the killer is?

Now, first off, I have a very weird/rare/long-assed last name. First name: very common, as approximately 2 zillion girls born in the 1970s thru the early 80s are named Amy. Thanks, dad, for being soooo original.

I found out when I was in high school that there was a person with the same name as me who lived about 25 miles away. My English teacher clipped one of those "Happy Birthday" personal ads out of the paper for this "Other Amy" and brought it to class. She was confused because it was this other person's 18th birthday & I was only a freshman in high school and I don't know...she thought it was me and that I was dumb or something? Nevermind that the photo in the ad was clearly NOT ME. Maybe the teacher was the dumb one? ANYWHOO.

Time passed and about 2 years ago, I get an email from this person with my name. She's all OMG WE HAVE THE SAME NAME AMELMWLEMW!!! Seems she WORKS FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and found one of my personal email addresses thru a government database. Big Brother *is* watching, people. We emailed back & forth a few times, trying to figure out if we were related. I think we eventually found out that it was possible, but very distant. She turned out to be a raving lunatic, so I deleted that email account. Luckily, I haven't heard from her since. (And she'd been ~let go~ from her government job--SHOCKING! Crazy woman was CRAZY--shortly before I stopped replying to her emails, otherwise I wouldn't post this for fear that THE FEDS MIGHT COME & GET ME. lmao)

(Oddly enough, she also had a sister with the same name as my mother.)
